Bad customer service again!

TCC(opp AIA building along robinson rd)
was there with tong,jjac, tee mee for lunch on thursday...n we were shocked by their lousy customer service!!
we havent even finish our dessert and drinks...and their waitress/manager asked if we could finish up as there are people waiting...irritating....hello....ur customer isnt even done with their meals yet???
then they just passed us the bill when we din even ask for the bill...wth?! seriously...customer service?is this the way?!pissed off...feedbacked in their feedback form...but since they dun even have a proper feedback box..the feedback form properly got torn up by the manager...who's probably the one telling her waitresses to go chase the customers away...knn

since tong did the talking i just shut up..but seriously...i think i'll make alot of noise...fed up with such services in sg!

again.. the same thing happened..giving us the bill when we are not even done yet..this time din bother to make noise cos fedup already...

not forgetting Siloso Beach resort which i will never go back again since their service, attitude etc is crap too..

no wonder sg needs the show 'can you serve'? its probably also hinting to all these restaurants/hotels etc....Can you really serve?

i think i wanna start a site citing bad customer service experiences in singapore....anyone wanna provide their valuable experiences too??

I hereby boycott siloso beach resort and to those who read this...never ever go there!
the place is nice..but...the rooms are getting old with mouldy walls...n they have rude staff who blame the customer for the resort's mistake!

i sent in a special request when i made my reservation, and since the confirmation letter they sent subsequently did not mention about it...and we alwaz requested for the same thing previously...anybody would have assumed it was ok!
but when we went there..the staff said no...and that they apologised for their reservation dept's cock up...but there was nothing they can do about it...n the checkin counter in-charge and the so-called Manager have the cheek to say that the customer should have read the fine prints on their website. well...maybe...but then...i already asked u beforehand...n u dun give me a reply...then y do u hv a special request column in the first place when nobody reads it?!what kind of customer service is that?! ridiculous customer service!

as compared to hong kong hotels...by now i would already have a free upgrade!n not such lousy ridiculous service!
maddening!!

but of cos..i would nv let this experience spoil my fun at sentosa...funn it is!=D
lousy Q number for the punggol place we applied for!boo hoo!time for other plans!wee!
